Door/Drawer Key Type Knobs, with back plate.  Furniture/Cabinet Hardware.

New older stock, never been used.
Approximate overall size for Knobs:
1 5/16" x 1/4"
1 1/16" Depth
Approximate overall size for Back Plate:
8 1/8" x 1 1/8" - 3/16" Depth
Takes 1 Hardware screws and 2 Tacks 5 1/2" apart, for attachment, included.
Message after purchasing, if you have any preference on hardware screw size, and we will try to send that size.
